Hi Nick, The google ads were removed shortly after the subscription went through. Which ad are you referring to? The "powered by" section? That isn't an ad per say, but just a link for users to get back to our site for any support reasons. Ie. find our forums, FAQ, help section, contact email, etc. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Hey, I am looking to link facebook and other things like that to open in a new window when the link is clicked from the menu on the side. Any tips? Right now I have it set up to go to another page then you have to click again. It would be nice to bypass this extra step. If you force a refresh of your browser (shift+click refresh button) your image should appear if it currently isn't showing. BMP images are not supported and an error message should have been displayed saying something to that effect; if it doesn't then we'll need to fix that. Glad to hear you got it working though. Update: I think that one might have been some user error. Since I was experimenting with various browsers, I had both IE and Firefox in the screen to update the logo. When I closed one of them down, the new (correct) logo uploaded correctly (the GIF version). I think it just needs to force a reload of those pages. Sorry bout that. Hi Andrew, Thanks for your quick response. I was initially using Google Chrome, and that seems to be lacking some of the functionality (eg the checkbox was fine in IE and Firefox). However, even in Firefox and IE, BMP images don't seem to work. I was able to upload a GIF and that worked fine. However, I tried to change the logo to a different GIF by uploading a new image and it showed it correctly in the "Logo and Color Customizations" portion of the page, but the old logo was still shown on the main page. I also tried unchecking the "Use Custom Logo?" box to reset it to the default and upload the new image again, but as soon as I check the "Use Custom Logo" box, the old image comes back up. I'm an engineer by profession, so I know the impossibility of getting everything perfect the first time, and I really appreciate the amount of support you guys give and the promptness of your responses. Ideally we would like to have it so that individuals or teams could pay depending on how the league is setup. There are a number of ways that this can be done, and we're trying to pick a solution that will be the most cost effective for the leagues and as well for us to maintain. We're not sure yet if Paypal is the best solution for this either, although it's likely the easiest. For the roster approval by an admin, this is something that should be available soon. We are implementing a "roster deadline" date so that players added after the date will need approval from the admin. If you want all players to be approved you'll just set your roster deadline the same day as registration. For the time being, I can't think of a decent work around. Hey guys, great site. I'm very impressed! I'm working on starting up a new league in a few months and I think this is definitely the leading candidate for our website. I saw in another forum that a feature to include the fee pay (through paypal I'm assuming) is coming soon. Any ETA on that? It sounded like that was a fee pay for the team and not for the individual. Is there any chance this can use the current team sign-up system, but just require the user to pay for a season before they're added into the pool of possible players? In lieu of that, is there any way that the league admin also must approve the addition of players to the league or a team? A way to specify the game length will be added along with a possible OT loss column, but I don't have an ETA on that at the moment. Anyway we can add the duration of a hockey game in order to properly calculate goalie stats. Games is our league are 50 minutes long, not 60 therefore, the goalie stats are incorrect. I've looked at backups of data from Feb 6, Feb 17 (during and after your season) and you've never had more that two users signed up for the league. As far as I can tell, your league has never had players, stats, etc. As I originally mentioned, if you created a 2nd league at some point, your data could be there, but there is nothing we can do because there is no data for the league mentioned and we don't delete any league data ever. We can't really help unless you tell us which league is yours. Saying that, we've deleted no data in any leagues. Did you create more than one league at one point and you're looking at the wrong league? Or have you given administrator access to another user in your league and they deleted data?
